About Meadow Clark .....
Mediator, Facilitator, Conflict Resolution Trainer Bio Meadow Clark
I have spent 25 years working with people as an Educator and Health Care Professional. During those years I have found that all people have the same thing in common. The need for Conflict Resolution and alternate methods in which to Resolve Conflict.
In 1997 I began training to become a Mediator and Conflict Resolution Trainer. During a two year Internship with Creative Response to Conflict/New Mexico, 1999 - 2001, I learned the basic principles for teaching conflict resolution, which are built around interactive, non competitive / collaborative games. These games and activities are designed to teach and reinforce the principles of conflict resolution and team building.
Since that time I have explored many different models for teaching conflict resolution. These classes include: positive communication skills, active listening, team building, problem solving, critical thinking, risk assessment and can be applied to the individual, family, or organization.
I offer a variety of services.
Mediation Services which include Family, Parent / Teen, End of Life Issues, Divorce, Employment/ Workplace, Health Care, Real Estate, Community, Victim Offender and Environmental.
Group Facilitation Services designed to bring larger diverse groups together towards a shared vision and solution to the issue. Provides a safe and constructive atmosphere by which to define goals and how to reach them. Consensus building.
Conflict Resolution Training designed to teach simple ways in which to build a sense of belonging therby fostering team building, postive ways in which to address conflict and methods by which conflict can be mitigated.
